Returns

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

There are several types of products that cannot be returned. Perishable products, such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

- Gift cards

- Downloadable software products

- Certain health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not send your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial returns will be granted (if applicable)

- Book with obvious signs of use

- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape or vinyl record that has been opened

- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.

Late or non-received refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, first double-check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card issuer.

Then contact your bank. It often takes some time before the refund is posted.

If you have done all this and has not yet received the reimbursement, contact us at contact@sonofamy.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift voucher for the value of your return. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift voucher will be mailed to you.



If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver shipped the order to themselves for delivery to you at a later date, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will learn of your return.

Sending

To return your product, you must send it by mail to SONOFAMY-LEOPOLD 5 BIS RUE SAINT CLAUDE 93110 ROSNY SOUS BOIS FRANCE.

The return shipping costs are at your expense. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
