Delivery and orders

When will I receive my order?

Generally, orders leave our warehouse within 3 working days. It then takes between 10 and 22 working days for the item to arrive at your home. During busy periods, delivery can take up to 6 days. Our packages are sent by La Poste, we do not work with relay points.

My order is not complete

As we have different warehouses and work with different producers, you may receive your products in different packages. So don't worry if you don't receive everything at the same time.

Our average delivery time is 10 to 22 working days. Some packages may take a little longer.

However, if you still haven't received your package 35 working days after placing your order, we will give you a full refund and you can keep the item when you receive it.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We process your orders quickly, usually within 12 hours.

For this reason, you have 12 hours after placing your order to send a cancellation or modification email to contact@sonofamy.com.
